Programs
Development and renovation
5-week acceleration program formed of intensive mix of workshops, 1-on-1 meetings, and applied work, which takes 20-25 hours a week. The program is created for the projects that support renovation and development of the country and the cities during the war and in the after the war period, specifically in the area of education, healthcare, energy, logistics and infrastructure. Mentors and experts of the program come from Ukrenergo, Ukrainian Railway, WHO, ProzorroSales, UDP, Beetroot, World Bank, UkrGazBank, the military administrations and local municipalities.
Defense tech and capability
Flexible and short term program in the fast track mode, focused exclusively on military tech projects. Participants of the program receive access to the key stakeholders of the defense ecosystem and opportunities to implement their project in the fastest future. The maximum level of security and sensitive data protection is guaranteed.
Science intensive innovation
Intensive acceleration program focused on individual work, access to laboratories and R&D centers, and also to administrative services (legal, accounting etc.). The program numbers more than 200 experts and mentors from different tech and science spheres which allows them to find the most relevant and necessary startup to expert matches. The participants of the program also receive free assistance when they attract investment or grant financing for their activities (including paperwork to produce documentation and application documents).

The UrbanElevate project aims to promote and develop Urban Mobility in Ukraine, contributing to the creation of a comfortable, environmentally friendly and accessible urban environment for all.

Win-Win EDIH (WIN2EDIH) is a European Digital Innovation Hub launched in Ukraine to support business and entrepreneurship development. This project is a part of the Digital Europe Programme, a European Union funding initiative.
The EDIH network acts as a “one-stop shop,” where businesses, innovators, and government institutions can access all the resources necessary for successful digital transformation. Special attention is given to supporting small and medium-sized enterprises, enabling them to adapt to the trends of the digital economy and remain competitive in the European market.
Key areas of WIN2EDIH’s work:
- Test before invest services – verification of technologies and hypotheses before launch
- Training and skills development services
- Support to find investment services – support for entrepreneurs in finding and attracting funding
- Innovation ecosystem building services – assistance in accessing the European innovation network and strengthening the Ukrainian tech community
The launch of WIN2EDIH in Ukraine is a joint initiative by the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University, Chernihiv Polytechnic National University, the Ukrainian Startup Fund, Vacuum Deep Tech Acceleration, and YEP Accelerator.

The European Innovation Council (EIC) will allocate 20 million euros through the Seeds of Bravery (UASEEDs) project to strengthen deep tech innovation in Ukraine. The consortium is launching an innovation services support program that will allow applicants to receive up to €10 thousand in cash!
Innovative technology companies (startups and SMEs) are invited to apply. The non-refundable grants will help companies update their business model, plan, or growth strategy.
What other opportunities will the initiative open up for Ukrainians:
- Financial support: about 200 projects will receive €12 million in grant funding. Applications will be accepted for 5 types of support with the possibility of attracting up to 60 thousand euros in total.
- Strengthening the innovation environment: the rest of the funds will be used to train entrepreneurs, promote projects and facilitate access to international markets, as well as integrate the Ukrainian innovation ecosystem into the European network.
- Support for women entrepreneurs: at least 20% of startups and innovative SMEs are expected to be led or co-led by women.
The Seeds of Bravery project was first announced in May 2023.
The project is coordinated by FundingBox, a leading European platform for the distribution of deep tech funding for startups, which will guarantee the effective implementation of the project. The consortium also includes other recognized European stakeholders and Ukrainian organizations, including Ukrainian Startup Fund, Vacuum Deep Tech Acceleration, Innov8, Techosystem, EEN Ukraine + Academy of Science, and YEP.
